Salty's Jerry Hill Trip Reports

Started and finished my Xmas shopping today (aka Mens Day Out) and made a quick trip to see Ethan's handiwork on Jerry Hill. I was in sneakers and jeans, with no navigational aids, so it's a miracle I'm still alive. Also in from the (steep!) east, found a little ridge further north with an interesting through the trees view of Penacook Lake. Actually had to avoid a ledge near the top. The old trail is *very* evident coming off the summit. It ends up in someone's driveway (the first house) but his land isn't posted, so you could just whack up to it from nearby. Came across a flock of turkey on the way down for a bonus. I came out on the road a shameful 200 feet from the car.
